Instructions
To order a canvas, please fill out the form to the right! Please make sure to include your name, a good email, phone number, and the option of the canvas or canvases you would like and the size. I will be ordering the canvases through Costco.com and will be having them shipped directly to you. After you fill out this form I will contact you directly and discuss further details. There will be three size options for these canvases, however, if there is a different size you would prefer, please let me know!
